Create a Telegram bot
Open Telegram and chat with @BotFather. Use the
/newbot command to create a bot. Copy the API token BotFather gives you.2
Add the bot in Lucy
In the Lucy dashboard, go to Channels → Telegram. Paste your bot token and select the agent you want to handle Telegram messages.

Configure the agent
Choose which agent responds to your Telegram users. You can set up a greeting message and define how the agent handles incoming chats.

Go live
Once connected, any Telegram user who messages your bot will be answered by your Lucy agent. Share your bot link with customers.
