Set up your web assistant
Lucy provides a lightweight widget you can add to any website. Once added, visitors can chat with or speak to your agent directly from your site.

Create an agent
Log in to the Lucy dashboard and create a voice agent or chatbot for your website visitors.

Get your embed code
Navigate to Channels → Web Apps in the dashboard. Copy the embed code snippet generated for your agent.

Add to your website
Paste the snippet just before the closing
</body> tag on every page where you want the assistant to appear.4
Customize the look
Use the dashboard to adjust colors, position, and greeting messages to match your brand.
The web assistant supports both text chat and voice conversations. Visitors can switch between modes during the same session.
